pp0:TR069 logs 12hours apart - interrupting internet service

Posting to the forum and hopefully an SME from Bell who can explain the issue here and how to disable or change the settings...every 12 hours exactly, at 3:14AM and 3:14PM I see the following logs on my modem. Ironically, this is the same time I experience a brief internet outage with any connected devices  - the modem says internet is up, but nothing loads for a few minutes. Can anyone explain how to disable these or at least change their frequency??

I have done extensive testing & troubleshooting on this GigaHub, and have narrowed down the issue to these events.

Hi there @HubUser,
Thanks for reaching out to the Bell community.
The ppp0 message that you see every twelve hours indicates when the modem checks in to CSMF-II.
Are you using any third party equipment with your B1 plugged directly into the LAN?

TR-069 (Technical Report 069) is a technical specification of the Broadband Forum that defines an application layer protocol for remote management of customer-premises equipment (CPE) connected to an Internet Protocol (IP) network.

Someone from Bell will need to pickup this thread and forward this to the right people.
