- What is the make, model and OS/IOS version of your phone?
- Have you tried a simple restart and resetting your network settings?
- How many reception bars are showing on your screen?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to open a ticket? If so what did they tell you?
