Can not receive or send emails from my iPhone. I’m in Australia.

In order for the Community to best assist, we'll need to know which email service you're referring to (Bell Webmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).

If you're referring to Bell Webmail via an email app, try accessing it on a web browser such as Safari or chrome at https://webmail.bell.netOpens in a new tab or windowand let us know how it went.

Which Bell mobility plan do you have? Is it a prepaid plan? Do you have Roam Better – with home data?

Roam Better – with home data is available to customers on most monthly plans. It is not available on prepaid plans, corporate accounts and plans that include roaming services.

Is your device turned on to Airplane mode? Data on or off? Roaming on or off?

When travelling outside of Canada and the United States, you can also access your Bell email from any web browser using: Bell Webmail

I have a travel plan while I’m in Panama but I haven’t received an email since I’ve left Canada.
