How do I delete the add on feature for 500 Canada US/Int text messaging

I think during the summer I added extra data but thought it was a one time thing. I now see I am being charged monthly. How do I stop it. The "management " feature on my bill only allows me to ADD features.

Which mobility plan do you have? Is this a Pre-paid plan that you added additional data to?

 
Depending on your Prepaid setup, you can add or change texting, data and calling features. You can choose to make theses changes via the app or by logging in to MyBell with your web browser. I have included both methods for your consideration.

Update your add-ons now

MyBell app

  1. Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  2. Touch your phone number.
  3. Scroll down to Add-ons and touch Manage.
  4. For example, add or remove Data.
  5. Touch Data.
  6. Select a data feature and touch Review changes.
  7. Touch Submit changes.
  8. The data feature has been changed.

MyBell (Web)

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Scroll down to and select Add/remove add-ons.
  3. Select the add-on you want to add or remove and select Continue.
  4. Review your changes and select Submit.
  5. Your add-ons have been updated.
