How to fix my voicemail on my IPhone?

My voicemail quit working on my IPhone. Looking for assistance to get it working again.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

If your voicemail mail is not working on your iPhone, try enabling and reenabling the voicemail feature. Check for updates and/or do a full power off & restart your phone. If minor fixes like these don't work, it may be a deeper technical issue requiring investigation from Bell or it could be an issue with your Apple device.

  1. Have you logged in to your voicemail to verify your Greeting & leave a message?
  2. Have you called your cell from a landline?
  3. Is you mailbox full & need to be emptied?
  4. Have you set call forwarding up by accident?
  5. Is your Cellular signal good? Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling?
  6. Have you closed your Phone app & reopened it?
  7. Have you contacted Bell Mobility to verify & reset your voicemail?
  8. You can do reset your network settings on your device but this should be done as a last resort as it will reset all of your network settings including your Wi-Fi & passwords.

There are any number of factors that can affect a situation such as this. Have a look at what I have suggested. Maybe one of them will solve your problem.

I have the same issue.  I cannot call my voicemail.

  • Have you checked your plan details in MyBell to make sure your voicemail feature is still present?

My voice mail is not working I was on here afew days ago talking to support it’s still not working.
