I need just a few more details. Make & model of your device. How are you trying to send them & from where to where? E.g. Photos, etc.
Is your question related to the device not working properly as it should or is sending a picture something new that you have never done before?
Have you checked the device support site for instructions? E.g. Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. All of them have great self-help, tutorials & support examples, etc.
To be able to send/receive picture messaging, your mobile data has to be turned on in your settings.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
There is little I can do to assist you, unless you can provide me with further information.
Let me know & I will try to help you out.
Take care.

Good Day.
Is this a new mobility service? If so, did you port your number from another supplier?
Can you share some further information with the community in terms of what you want to do? What you are using to do it with? Make & model of device? IOS / OS version. Steps taken thus far? RCS, iMessage, SMS, etc
Device & apps up to date? Have you done a restart? Verified manufacturer support site message sending instructions for your device?
Any error codes? Failure to send messages, etc.
Have you contacted Bell Mobility Tech Support?
Let us know.
Take care.

Hello, I have a Samsung galaxy 22 + and starting yesterday I was unable to receive or send out photos on text messages. I can still receive and send them out on Facebook and snap chat. So I was wondering what was going on? I haven't done any recent updates or changed anything in the settings.
Thanks

I’m getting an error when I try to send picture in Messages. I have been getting this error ever since I got my new IPhone 16 in the spring of 2025.
I have been on the phone with both Apple Support and Bell Support several times regarding this issue.
I have no problems receiving pictures.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Is your question related to the device not working properly as it should or is sending a picture something new that you have never done before on an iPhone 16 with iOS 18.5?
There is little I can do to assist you, unless you can provide me with further specific information. I can offer up the following suggestions for your consideration.
To send a picture on an iPhone 16, you can use several methods like Messages, Mail, or AirDrop, depending on the recipient and your needs. For instance, you can attach a photo to a message or email or use AirDrop for quick transfers to nearby iPhones.
Have you checked out the Apple Tips app that is included with your iPhone 16?
I have included Apple's device support site instructions below to assist you further:
Share photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
Apple also offers free in store training sessions that are tailored to your needs & the Apple device you are using. Simply login to this Apple website and book a free session today
Did you purchase your device from Bell? If your device is not working properly, Bell offers a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty on all new Apple devices purchased through them. If need be, you can get it repaired at a participating Bell store or through the manufacturer's authorized repair agents.

Let us know if you require further assistance.
Take care.
