SIM card not supported

I recently had to suspend my service as I misplaced my phone. I have since found it and restored my service; however, I am now getting a message that my "SIM card is not supported." I live in a very remote community so getting to a Bell store to speak with anyone is not an option. I don't know what to do!

Hey there @MrsP

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

We wanted to check in to see if you were still experiencing the issue? From time to time, a resume from lost&stolen can have a small delay before it is back to normal.

Have you tried to restart your phone (this step is needed after to reconnect to the network).

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
