Your Fibe Internet service / account is installed & working? Do you have any other Bell services? If so, have you set up a MyBell account with any other Bell services? Do you have a Bell paper bill? If so, there will be an account number on it. If you have no billing information what so ever, or what you have is not correct then you should call Bell Customer service billing & orders at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device. They will verify & provide you with account information.

Have you checked your email to see if you received a message with a link from Bell?
Did you view the Registration link I provided? Did you check the examples on the right side in terms of "What numbers you can use?" Registration - Bell.ca
Have you tried calling the support number that I provided earlier? Bell Internet: 1 844 310-SURF (7873)
I am not sure what else I can offer up to you as a suggestion to solving your problem, other than contacting the support line once you have the appropriate account details?
