Just login to MyBell . Select your mobile service, choose usage details, choose add data. The other option open to you is to change your mobility plan.
The change in data or plan can be completed immediately.
Do bear in mind that your older plan may no longer be available after the change, and as such you would not be able to switch back to it once your data usage goes back down - you would need to review your plan options again and select one suited to your needs.
As for your current data charges, have these already been billed to you? If so, you would not be able to remove them as usage is billed monthly. If it's from your current billing cycle, then a plan change with sufficient data would remove any current data usage charges.
Do bear in mind that as the Community is a peer-to-peer web site, we do not have access to account & billing details.
