Does Bell calculate the end of the billing cycle on EST or local time zone? For example, if my billing cycle ends on the 26th, is it midnight EST or midnight in my local time zone?

Why does my bill say the next bill is Dec 7th which is a Saturday and no Bill is produced for processing? If Bell requires a business day to produce the Bill then why does the system not recognize this and adjust so that you know when you will get the Bill?

That is a good question . Over time, the billing system becomes more predictable. My bill arrives on the 23rd of the month and is due early in the next month. The billing date is 14 days earlier, curiously. I just know when to expect it.
