Can anyone explain some Bell billing terms?

I need some guidance in understanding some terms on my Bell Mobility bill / invoice.  While one or a few of these may seem obvious to some, I do not know what most are and why are they itemized on my bill.  Many thanks for any insight.  

 

i) Free Bell Message

ii) Smart Trust

iii) Text Message

iv) Pic / video / File message

v) Free SMS message

We've added some descriptions for you below;

i) Free Bell Message
- A notification/message from Bell

ii) Smart Trust
- We're unsure about this one and would need a screenshot of the event in order to inquire about it (Make sure to hide any personal and/or account information from the image).

iii) Text Message
- Regular SMS (text message) sent/received

iv) Pic / video / File message
- MMS Picture/Video messaging

v) Free SMS message
- SMS (text message) sent/received
