Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
You can follow these steps to change your address online:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Select My profile at the top of the page.
- Click on Billing and service profile.
- Select the tab for your service bill.
- Click on the billing address Change button.
- Enter your address and click Save.
These steps may be slightly different depending on the service you are attempting to change the address on.

Which specific address information would you like to update and change. Please refer to the following instructions:
If you are Registered for MyBell, you can update your address information directly from your billing profile in MyBell or the MyBell app.
You can follow these steps to change your Mailing and billing address online:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Select My profile at the top of the page.
- Click on Billing and service profile.
- Select the tab for your service bill.
- Click on the billing address Change button.
- Enter your address and click Save.
If you are wishing to change your Contact email address online:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Select > My profile at the top of the page.
- Select > MyBell profile.
- Scroll down the page.
- Select > Contact email on the right side of the page.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Enter your: New email address.
- Re-enter & confirm email address.
- Select > Save.
You can also call Bell Customer Service billing & payments at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device to make any changes to your address information.

I have enclosed the following information to assist you in updating your mobility home address change.
Bell TV, Internet, Home phone and monthly Mobility services
If you are Registered for MyBell, you can update your address directly from your billing profile in MyBell or the MyBell app.
You can follow these steps to change your address online:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Select My profile at the top of the page.
- Click on Billing and service profile.
- Select the tab for your service bill.
- Click on the billing address Change button.
- Enter your address and click Save.
You can also call Bell Customer Service billing & payments at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device
Not registered for MyBell yet?
Follow these steps to register your mobility account in MyBell.
- Register for MyBell by opening this highlighted link in your web browser. Fill in the necessary details & follow the prompts.
- Select My profile at the top of the page (the top-right corner in the app).
- Select Billing and service (Profile in the app).
- Select the correct account under Billing profile.
- Click Edit next to the current address (in the app, touch the current address and then Change).
- Enter the new address and select Save.
Prepaid Mobility service
Contact Bell Mobility to update your address. Call: 1-888-537-9999 or Ddal #321 from any Bell device

Good Day & Welcome tot he Bell Community Forum.
To start off, when did you make this change? It may be nothing more than a matter timing from when you made the change & when your bill was produced,
If you made the change in your profile, then that is all you needed to do. You can verify this now.
Keep in mind a couple of things. Service address, billing address & a shipping address can be the same and also can be somewhat different.
If the billing address on your profile is not correct after making your profile changes, then you can always contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing.
