Credit Union not listed for preauthorized payments from bank account

My credit union branch is not in the list when I am supposed to select my bank. I was told via chat there is no way to add it. How is that possible? SOMEONE must be able to add to this list! Any info on that?  Thanks

Servus Credit Union not listed for preauthorized Payments.

Does anyone know of a work around, or a different name that should be used?

Additionally, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've flagged Servus Credit Union to be added to our list of financial institutions for pre-authorized payments. As mentioned by @BellAntgio prior, please keep in mind that any updates of the sort may take some time to be corrected. With this being said, check for app updates and the list periodically to see when it will be updated.

Yes, Servus Credit Union supports this type of payment.  Servus Credit Union is one of the largest credit unions in Canada and the largest in Alberta.  You need to make this a priority to get them  added to your FI list.  

This is exactly what happened to me.  No one seemed to know what I was talking about or willing to help.  I finally went to a Bell service store. He seemed to understand but told me this had to be done on the phone, which I told him I tried numerous times.  I finally phoned right in front of him and he heard the bell representative telling me I needed a different bank that supported these payments and numerous other reasons that made no sense.  I could tell by his face, he knew this was not the right information.  He offered to get a voided cheque from me(the old school way) and sent the information in.  I think it is fixed but the lack of service was so frustrating.

Well, well, unbelievable, due to how long this took, but it looks like someone is actually responding to requests on this forum. Just noticed my bank was just added!

So don't give up hope but keep checking the bank drop down list on your bill payment page.

Like everyone else, I struggled with this for a long time before phoning Servus. Servus is a member of Alberta Credit Union Central or Central Alberta Credit Union LTD. (can't remember exact name) If you select that option and enter your banking info, it will work.

Have you contacted your credit union to confirm if they support this type of payment & if so, what their name would be listed as? You should also verify with them the correct spelling as well.

I was disappointed to discover that my credit union is also not listed. I'm going to lose my automated payment discount because I don't have the option to add my credit union. I would have reconsidered signing up with Bill if I was aware of this. This seems kind of crazy.

Please add Connect First Credit Union as soon as possible This is a large credit union in Alberta.
