Are you activating a card or are you trying to redeem a virtual code?
Could you please try logging in to the the Bell Prepaid Gift Card centre once again this morning?
I verified that is up and working at this time.

Can you please clarify what you mean when you say 'My gift card promo card numbers dont work'? Are you trying to use the Gift Card, or register it?

I received an email how to redeem the gift card but it keeps saying ""Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later""
