How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

I have been a loyal Bell customer since 1967; I am in Toronto. Yesterday, I had the most satisfying and gratifying talk with Loay, who is in Morocco. He answered all my questions and resolved all my concerns with such clarity, kindness, and positivity. I don’t think I have ever had a business communication that has made me begin my day with such a big smile. It sounds silly as I write it but it is true. Thank you, Loay.

I had a rare experience last evening. A technician, Eric, came to my house with a smile and sound advice. After spending almost three frustrating hours on the phone with Bell I was relieved to speak to someone who knew what he was talking about. Bravo Eric and thank you.
