How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

Hi,

I just wanted to post about the amazing, thoughtful, sensitive and beyond the call of duty service I received from Aaron. He has help me evaluate and come to decisions on my late brother’s rural location expressvu account. This support from him has lasted at least two months. 
To be truthful it has taken so long because other aspects of Bell customer support have not been roses and sunshine. Aaron definitely save a customer loss from you …. It is only one account yes but my brother had been your satellite customer for 20 years.

The not roses service comes from having lovely but not culturally aware agents from overseas. You can’t expect overseas agents to know what a rural road is….nor does it have a postal code. Like talking to a brick wall, kind and friendly brick wall but a brick wall nonetheless.

Anyway kudos and a raise ($$) to the super star Aaron in Client Relations!

A big shout out to Lionel at the Bell store at carrefour Angrignon in LaSalle, QC.  I got to the store at 18:10 not aware that the mall closes  at 18:00 on Tuesdays.  I needed to switch out a modem.  I was very appreciative that Lionel helped me even though the store was technically closed.  Lionel really is a great representative for Bell.  Thanks again Lionel!

Posting here as I can't figure out how to provide feedback directly.

After a challenging 48 hours dealing with Rogers, two boxes I have to ship back, as well as two days of missed work, I just had the most delightful and refreshing experience with Sam from Bell who quite literally turned my bosses and my week around.

Sam took care of everything including adding notes about calling beforehand to ensure my dog and I would be out of the unit during installation, prioritizing our comfort above all else.

He provided clear instructions on porting over my cell phone number so I could retain the same number I've had for years. Everything was set up in under 30 minutes flat.

The care I received was truly expert-level, and if this is the standard of your representatives, I am confident I will be a Bell customer for life. It was the fastest service I have ever experienced, but beyond that, Sam sincerely cared about my circumstances. He understood the urgency of my situation, having missed work, and his sincerity was palpable.

A big thank you to Chris the service rep he walked this 71 year old through setting up my new smart TV so that I could get all the channels that I subscribe to. He was most patient with me it took us a while but we finally got it to work, he was the 4th person that I spoke to about my problem, the others were unable to fix it and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. If I ever have a problem in the future I would love to e able to get him to help me. I hope you can track his file down and add this to it.

I would like to thank Nick for his amazing service on July 20th. 

About a month ago we switched to Fibe, a "seamless" process we were told. Since we switched we have lost our Bell telephone features. My wife has been on the phone with many Bell reps and the problem has not been solved. In her current conversation she mentioned that the new fiber optic line was not buried very well. The rep sent in a request for a technician call, without informing us, and on Saturday morning we got a call from Nick at about 7:45 am. I am glad that we were up and at home. 

Nick was great. He was patient as we described our woes and took pictures of the current fiber optic line especially where the line was visible to the eye (not buried) and where the line was sitting on top of tree roots (the roots had been slashed with a shovel). He then replaced the partial buried line with a temporary line and put in a request for the line to be buried (once again). He then took the time to write on his report that we were having troubles and were considering a Bell alternative. Nick, over and above the call of duty. Thanks again!
