How do you get an itemized listing or pdf file that lists payments on a prepaid mobility account?

Scenario - I deposit $100 into my prepaid account - Bell takes a monthly charge + taxes and fees based on the plan that I have selected .  How do I get documentation of the monthly deductions Bell takes from my prepaid account?  All I can see in the app is the balance of funds that remain.  I would like to be able to view a listing of the monthly payments that were taken off by Bell much like a bank statement or other statements of account.  I don't need paper . . . electronic document is fine.  Is this available and if not . . . why not?

Did you log in to MyBell using the web or from the MyBell app on your mobile device? They are similar. The web site contains more detail & I found easier to to move around in & search for specific information. Unfortunately, it does not give you what you are really looking.

If you log in to MyBell on the web you can view current and previous bills & payments. You can choose to save them to file or to print. You can select your mobility service & select to view a breakdown of your current usage & historical trends.

I have attached the following links to assist you. Hopefully they will be of benefit to you. I trust you have reviewed the details as shown in your prepaid mobility agreement. All of the critical terms related to your mobility account are spelled out in detail in this document including any early cancellation fees should wish to change your plan.

Thanks for the information.  Unfortunately, after following the instructions  from the link "How to view the billing details of your Mobility Service" and the other links provided I am still unable to get to anything that looks like a bill or billing statement.  The only thing I can get is a basic account balance and the option to top it up.  I am able to view phone usage details with no problem.  Perhaps there is a glitch with my particular account not allowing billing / payment information to be accessed.  I have looked under every menu and followed the instructions below but cannot find anything about monthly charges.

The only information I get under My prepaid account is the current balance and the option to top up now.  It would seem logical that if you are logged in under a Bell account number you should be able to just click on the More about my prepaid account link and be automatically taken to a more detailed billing information history but it appears this is not the case, at least not for me at this time.  Why does it have to be buried in alternate menus and sub menus?  If you show me "My Prepaid Account" in a highly visible box on the screen with a link to Top Up Now, why can't links to all things associated with My Prepaid Account like Top Up and Payment History be easily accessible through it? Perplexing that it is not to say the least.  I keep track of the dates and amount when I  Top up my account with a credit card and monitor the amount taken as payment each month but I still need to see / have accounting for it from Bell to be able to provide the much needed "proof" should there ever be a dispute in the future.  I guess I will have to slot a few hours of time to call and wait on the support line you list above to see if the online access to Top Up Payments and Billing History can be sorted out.  Good times.

I was logged into My Bell account using the latest version of Firefox on a computer.  Your information was very helpful.  The fact that the links indicate options that I am not seeing is no fault of yours.  I'm sure I'll get it sorted eventually.  The account is always paid and functional and I am keeping tabs on my payments and deductions so when I have the time to dedicate an hour or two to a phone inquiry I'll give that a go.  Thanks again for your help.

My balance is showing as $ 0.40 and yet the full payment had not been made. As such, we ended up paying 60 cents for texts etc. Where can I find a proper overview of payments by payment period? To avoid this in the future...without moving to automated payments. Thank you

Unable to view the payment history with View all Option or even with 20/ 50/ or 100

Are you accessing MyBell through the app, or a web browser?

How do I see my invoice for billing costs for prepaid? It would help me if I had a record of my payments. Where is the link for this invoice online?
