I trust all of your services are set up & functioning. You now have a MyBell account linked with your mobility service.
If you wish to add all of your remaining services to MyBell & setup One Bill you will need to link these accounts to your MyBell account.
To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the services you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, autobilling payment, look at your history, account information, etc.
Enjoy!

Hi there, @DPV. Thanks for your posts, and your discussion with @WelshTerrier.
Truly consolidating a Bell Mobility account into a One Bill is subject to multiple conditions. These include:
- Consumer accounts only (Small Business Mobility cannot consolidate on One Bill)
- Not in Collections
- Not on a Credit limit / Security Deposit
- If the two accounts have different names, a transfer of responsibility is required.
In addition, if you meet all eligibility conditions, it will take two billing cycles for the process to be completed.
Please bear in mind that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, neither moderators or fellow users will be able to comment on or assist with your consolidation. Combining into a single MyBell profile is advised as it is not subject to the same conditions and can be done without the assistance of a representative.
If you would like to confirm if you meet all conditions and go ahead with the consolidation process if you meet all the conditions, please don't hesitate to reach out via our Contact Us
page.
Thanks again, and have a great day.

Hi there @Kujo1,
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
Which services do you have? Typically after linking your account it can take up to two billing cycles for the consolidation process to be complete.
If you are consolidating your mobility account into One Bill there are some requirements in order for the request to be granted as well. We invite you to check out this great post
by @WelshTerrier for more information on the conditions.
Please let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Recently moved all services to bell, created a MyBell account. For some reason the mobile is the only one showing. When I try to log in to Fibe or Wifi app they say I am not registered for these services, which is not the case.

You will need to register all of your services on MyBell. To do so, you will need to add each account. Once completed, this should resolve your issues.

If you wish to add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.

Did you by chance change any of your account, billing or service information recently? Lets do a check the following:
Login to your MyBell account on the web > Log in to MyBell
On the main login screen you should see all of the services that are connected to your MyBell account. If any one of your services is missing, e.g. Internet; then you will need to add it to your MyBell account.
Here is a link and tutorial that will assist you in adding a service to MyBell & One bill.

Yes, you certainly can. All you need to do is take both of your bills and set them up under one account in MYBell.. Once you add both services to MYBell, you can then set up One Bill to combine your bills in to one for bill payment.
Have both of these services been added to your MYBell account? Are they linked on MyBell One Bill? Are they billed on separate accounts?
If you have not added your Internet service or phone to your MyBell account, you can do so. Once both services have been added to MyBell & One Bill you will also be able to view their detail information in one location. You will also be able to pay one bill.
To add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will link these services / accounts in your current MyBell.
To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.
I have also added the following link to better assist you in understanding One Bill, how it works & who can receive One Bill.

The following link, has a number sections that will answer most of your question, If you wish to setup Pre-authorized bill payments, there is a section called Paying your bill that will show you various options for bill payment.

I have Bell Internet at home since last summer that I manage on MyBell and all is well.
Today I activated two Mobility lines. They have been activated on another (new) account number.
I added the new account in MyBell. I now have them both on MyBell, but still with differents account numbers and billing cycle. Do I have to do something else to have OneBill enabled? To have one bill, one payment and one billing cycle ? Do I have to wait like 1-2 billing cycles or else for them to « merge » on the same bill ? Again, they are now both linked in MyBell but still each under different account numbers and billing cycle.
Thanks!
