Where is the march bills?

Hi there @Jim99999999,

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community.

As explained in the thread above, it can take five to seven days business days for your bill to be uploaded.

How do I see my usage and how much I owe for my current bill on my cell phone?

Can anyone tell me why my Bell bill is sent to me 9 days after the due date and then the next day I'm getting an email saying I'm late to pay the bill.  How can I pay a bill if I don't know what the amount is.  Is there a problem with Bell?

I didn’t receive my first bill

Why isn't my bill for the 6th of the month appearing? I only get emails saying I need to pay right now or be overdue.

Hi @Marik,

Welcome to the Bell Community.

Are you able to view your April 6th invoice yet? Keep in mind it may take five to seven business days, from your bill date, to be posted in MyBell.

Please check on your MyBell profile periodically, and let the Community know if you need further assistance.

- Patricia

No I can’t see the April 6 bill yet.  It just shows March 6 as the last bill.

If my billing date is on the 7th of each month, why can't I collect my invoice from the online portal till 5 business days after the fact?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

This would be normal, if your billing date is the 7th of the month, your bill can take around 5 to 7 business days to be posted. In some rare cases, higher delays can occur before the bill is posted. Periodically check MyBell to see when your bill becomes available.

Let the Community know if you have more questions.

Take care.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

This would be normal, if your billing date is the 7th of the month, your bill can take around 5 to 7 business days to be posted. In some rare cases, higher delays can occur before the bill is posted. Your billing date never changes. It is the same date each & every month.

Your bill is due within 30 days after your billing date. I am not quite sure where you are coming up with  the fact that you have only 9 days to pay your bill. Depending on how & when you pay your bill, you still have more than enough time for your bill payment to be processed by your financial institution or credit card company to reach Bell by your due date. Bell processes all payments upon receipt and are posted to your account for your viewing on MyBell.

The chart I have included in this link is only a reference point for you to use. It is intended to allow you sufficient time to pay your bill by the due date.

The processing time that I mention, is not unique to just Bell bills. All similar bills from other companies also work within the same or similar processing time lines.

thats 15 days from bill date but 9 days from when bill become available to view?

that is how I have come up with 9 days. But you are telling me that is not the case?

Thank you for your reply.

The Bell Community is a place for you to ask questions, find answers and share your thoughts on all of Bell's products and services with other Bell customers like you.

This a peer-to-peer community space. As such, we do not have access to your account or billing information.

In reference to your original question & reply:

"Please pay by the date" indicated on page 1 of your bill is to allow for payment processing before the
next bill date. To inquire about same day payments or other payment methods, refer to the back
of your bill.

If your Billing date is April 7, your payment must be received & processed by your financial institution or credit card company & posted to your Bell account within 30 days! How you pay & when you pay your bill are all within your circle of influence to make.

A late payment charge may be applied to any unpaid balance 30 days after the billing date. Payments sent by mail are credited the day Bell receives them. The interest rate applied to late payments can be found under the information section of your phone bill.
