How to register Bell Prepaid Visa

Got a $250. reward card in the mail and have had ""0""success in activating it. I've called every phone # possible  and still no success. One of the places I reached told me they have no account with BELL. Not exactly the GREAT service you advertize!

Hi, I received the following email:

Great news, you can now register online to receive your $100 Visa* Prepaid Card.

Please follow these steps to redeem it:

1 Visit promoprepaidcard.bell.ca within the next 30 days.

2 Simply enter your registration code XXXXXX and your Bell order number XXXXXX when prompted.

3 Click submit and you’ll receive your card by mail within 4 to 6 weeks.

When I try to register I'm getting an error: Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

 

This is happening for 2 days now, how can I redeem my Visa Prepaid card?

Hi @BellPatricia,

I was able to redeem my Bell Prepaid Visa today, thank you! The website worked this time and I should receive the card within 4-6 weeks. We can close the ticket.

I just got my Bell Prepaid Visa in the mail and can't register it. I've tried about three times now and each time I get the alert: Sorry, we can't activate that card. Please try again.

I'm typing in the card number correctly. When it asks for my CCV I type in the 3-digit code (there are 2 codes on the back of mine, a 4-digit code and a 3-digit code) and it didn't work. To see if it was the 4-digit code, I tried that as well and it didn't work.

 

What should I do? I've tried everything to activate it online.

I received an email with instructions on how to register online to receive my prepaid visa gift card. I clicked the link in the email and entered my registration code and order number but every time I do that an error pops up that says "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later." I am not sure what else to try to register for my prepaid gift card.

A few things you can try are clearing your cookies/caches, rebooting your equipment and you can also test a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

What happens when you do try to register your Gift Card?

i tried activating the card many times as of now and it keeps saying- 

“Sorry, we can't activate that card. Please try again. If you have already activated your card and created a profile, please log into view your balance, or if you have received a virtual card, go back to the email you received after the card activation and use the link provided”

I tried logging in too but it doesn’t work

Thanks for your reply, and for clarifying.

When did you receive the Gift Card? Keep in mind that the card must be activated and used before the expiration date on card.

If you continue to have any trouble registering your card please follow the instructions in the link we posted above, under the section called 'I’m having difficulties using this tool. What should I do?'

hey i received the card couple of weeks ago and the expiry date on the card is march 2025
