I paid an old Bell One Bill account number by mistake - I have since paid the right account but want to get the money back or transferred for next month. Is this possible?

I put my phone number instead of client ID because that's how I remembered doing it and was in a medical crisis (had a seizure, when I recover I am in a strange state where I OCD / habitually do things like cleaning and trying to pay a bill etc among other things)
Now I am worried my payment is gone. I click "notify bell of payment" and it says there's no balance and that everything's good, but when I go back to my dashboard it still shows the outstanding bill
What should I do?

When did you pay your bill? It could be as simple as a timing issue based on when you paid your bill & when the payment was sent & received by Bell. You should be able to verify this online.
If unsure whether you paid your bill, the correct payee / account or the amount, then I would login online & also call your financial institution / credit card company to determine if a payment was made from either of these accounts to Bell. In either case, you should see a corresponding transaction with your bank or credit card company.
If you are advised that no payment has been made, then you should do so. If a payment has been made incorrectly, they can confirm the payee & may be able to reverse this payment.
If after completing all of the above & you are still unsure, then by all means, contact Bell Customer Service Account and Billing. Call: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care & thank you for reaching out to us.

Good day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The pictures you have posted are not visible until approved by a moderator.
This is a community forum. Billing issues such as this can not be addressed on this site. We do not have access to your account or billing records.
Do you know which account you overpaid? If the account is one of yours, the credit balance will carry over to next month's bill, reducing the amount owing.
If you paid another account by mistake that is not yours, you will need to contact your credit card company or financial institution immediately to reverse this payment. Bill payments can not be transferred from one account to another.
You will still need to make a payment to your account A.S.A.P. before it is becomes overdue.
Payments through your financial institution, or as a One time payment on MyBell or in person at the bank or by cheque etc., can take between 5-10 business for this to be processed & the funds forwarded to Bell to apply to your account. Once the funds are received, your account will be credited & you will be able to view the credit on MyBell.
To avoid a similar situation from reoccurring, your easiest & best method of payment is setting up Pre-authorized payments on MyBell in One Bill.
Take care.

I paid my first Bell Mobility bill through my bank (manually) as the automatic payments don't take effect until the second billing cycle, but entered my phone number as the account number rather than my actual account number that should be used for adding as a biller in my bank account. I have since paid it again using my correct account number. Will Bell be able to trace the first payment (that I used my phone number for) and reimburse me?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Bell will not be able to trace this payment. Did the payment actually get accepted & processed by your bank? Please check your account. If so, you will need to contact your financial institution to reverse and cancel this payment.
FYI Only. If you ever make an overpayment to your Bell account for whatever reason, the overpayment will always be applied & credited to your account reducing any amount that may be outstanding.
Take care.

Payment of $284.67 made to bellaliant in Aug 24th instead of bell mobility. I spoke with 2 people on Aug 31st and was told this would be fixed. It still shows I owe $284.67

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The Bell Community Forum is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records. We would like to assist you, but we are somewhat limited on what we can offer up to you as solution.
Can you provide us with further information in terms of the conversation with the Bell Service representative? Did she provide you with some form of timeline when & how this would be fixed?
The time it takes Bell to correct a payment depends on the situation. Fo example, if you paid the wrong account, funds are not normally transferred to the correct account.
- Were you advised to make an interim payment to your Bell Mobility account?
- Any suggestion that your Bell Alliant account would be credited the overpayment & reflect a credit on your account. In similar situations such as this, it typically gets applied as a credit to your account, reducing the amount on your next bill.
I would suggest that you reach out once again and contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing to discuss & obtain a better understanding of when, how & if there is something further you need to do.
Let us know.
Take care.

Bell's CS is dismal at best. Can't even speak to a real person to solve simple problem.
I have a large credit balance from one Bell Internet account which I want to apply against the current bill of second current with payment being requested.
There's no simple way I can find to execute that either online or speak to anyone in accounts to do this.
Is there some way of speaking to a real person in accounts with Bell?
I also have high speed Rogers so I think it's time to switch all my Bell accounts over to them.
Regards
Doug

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Billing issues such as this cannot be resolved on MyBell nor on this forum. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such we do not have access to account & billing information.
Generally speaking, you cannot directly transfer a credit balance from one Bell account to another. A credit balance on one account, will typically stay on the account where it was paid and be applied to future bills for that account.
If you wish to speak to a service representative, please call Bell Customer Service at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device. If need be, request to speak to a manager.
Thank you contacting the community forum.
Take care.
