If i have a suspended account what other options you offer apart from paying your full bill payment ?
Any options i can use so that i can just only receive some urgent calls from bank, work, doctors appointment etc.?

Hi there @Lomani23, and welcome to the Community.
If eligible, you can make a payment arrangement
via MyBell.
Do keep in mind that this option can be disabled for any of the following reasons:
- Account is cancelled/closed
- 2 or more returned payments in 30 days
- 2 or more failed payment arrangements in 30 days
- Any credit card chargeback within 6 months
If any of the following are applicable to you, if you need to report a payment, or you're otherwise having difficulties, you're asked to call in or reach out via eChat
for further assistance.

I would contact Bell Customer Service, Billing & orders, before you miss your payment & it becomes overdue at: 310-BELL or at 1-866-310-BELL
How to make an overdue payment
There are several options to pay your bill, including pre-authorized payments.
If your service has been cut off due to non-payment, please call our credit services to arrange payment.
Business hours (local time)
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If Bell doesn’t receive payment for your bill within 30 days of the bill date, you will be charged late payment fees as follows:
- 3% monthly (42.58% per annum)
A late payment charge may be applied to any unpaid balance 30 days after the billing date.
- Payments sent by mail are credited the day we receive them.
- The interest rate applied to late payments can be found under the information section of your phone bill.
- The late payment charges will appear on your bill two months after the late payment occurred.
If you think there is a billing error, please contact us and we will be happy to review your bill.

Depending on the Payment method chosen, the Processing time may be different.
- If you made your payment via credit card on My Bell, it will be recorded right away and resume period can take up to 4 hours depending on the cause of suspension (some additional steps may be needed if the line is cancelled due to non-payment).
- If you made your payment via your financial institution, it will take up to 5 business days to be processed.
Once your payment is received and posted, you may need to restart your phone in order to regain access to the network.
If it is more than 5 business days & your phone is still not working, you can give Bell Orders, Billing & Customer service a call at 310-BELL or 1-866-310-BELL. ( FYI only: Monday is a holiday in Ontario. Any payments since last Thursday night are not processed by the banks until next Tuesday.)

I would suggest you contact Bell Mobility Customer Service billing & orders ASAP. Depending on your payment, the timing of when you sent it, & when Bell receives it, you could have a problem.
Their number is: 310-BELL or 1-866-310-BELL or *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Payments normally take 3-5 business to process when sent via your financial institution or credit card company. The easiest & fastest method is to set up Pre-authorized payments on MyBell.

Please provide further details.
If your question is: "Can I make multiple split payments to my account?" You can make any number of payments to your bill before it is due, just as long as the total bill is paid by the due date. When you make a payment to your account & it is not due, & you have not yet received your bill, your account will be credited the payment amount. You will be able to see this credit on MyBell when Bell receives this payment. This can take 3-5 business days depending on when & how you made this payment & when Bell receives & posts it to your account.

How do I make a payment arrangement? Everyone is asking the question but no one from Bell is answering it. Should be something that can be completed online. This is the modern age.
