All the promotions to my email I receive, the bills, the communications are all in French, but I am an English speaker is there a way to change these to English?

I have the same issue. The billing profile is in English. Anytime I make a change to my services, the confirmations and Service Agreements come back in French. Are there other areas in the Bell site that need to be updated? My iPhone translates the pages the best it can, but there is always something that is lost in the translation. Please provide a definitive answer or link.

I am also having the same issue. All of my account changes and order confirmations are being sent to me in French instead of English. Can someone please send me a message to get this resolved.

I need someone from Bell to change my voicemail and all my emails from Bell to ENGLISH.
When I opened my account I was told my account was setup as ENGLISH but my voicemail message is in French and all emails from Bell are received in French.
From other posts, it appears that only Bell can make these changes.
Can somebody at Bell correct this????

I recently became a Bell customer and have been facing language communication issues. I'm an English-speaking person residing in Montreal. Bell emails/ communicates with me in French, like promotions, bills, etc.; my voicemail box is in French. Is there a way to change these to English, please? Thanks

Hello, Im having the same problem but with phone calls and voicemails. My communication preferences are set to english and I receive emails in English but phone calls and voicemails in French.
