Removing pre-authorized payments on a cancelled account

Do I need to remove pre authorized payment from the account which has been cancelled ?

Or I will just get a final bill?

Pre-authorized payments are removed from an account once the account is fully closed and the balance is at $0.00.

my next question is : it is written that " first bill for your new account will be ready soon". But, I dont know How many days before does the bill appear on my account before payment date ? . I am still seeing "bill is not available yet". 7 days left to the payment date.

To clarify, did you open a new account?

Yes, I will get my first bill, but I am still seeing the text "your bill is not available yet".

In the instance you have a newly activated account, once the first bill is available it will be accessible through MyBell if you have registered. The screenshot you have shared is just showing your usage timeline indicating your cycle start / end date for the internet usage.
