How do I report a payment on the bell app?..

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The option to notify us of a payment will only appear on your MyBell landing page if and when your account would be classified as past due (you would have received a past due notification). 

If your account is past due, you can also use the following Notify of PaymentOpens in a new tab or window quick access link.

How come when I log into Bell.ca I am unable to notify Bell of payment. 

I have read the steps on how to get there, but when I try there is no option for it. Are there any other ways to notify payment?

You cannot notify Bell of a payment on Bell.ca. The correct link is: https://mybell.bell.ca 

Here are a few different options for notifying Bell of a payment:

  1. Login to your: MyBell account. Scroll down to the blue One Bill section & select: Notify Bell of a payment. Here is a link to assist you: How to notify Bell that you have made a payment
  2. Login to your MyBell account. Scroll over to My Bills and payments & select it. Scroll down & Select > Make a payment. Fill in the appropriate the information as shown out on this page.
  3. Call Bell at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)   > Select Billing & Payment
  4. Contact Bell | Bell Mobility, Internet, TV and Home phone | Bell Canada Select Notify Bell of a bill payment.
