Hi guys!
So I just recently signed up for bell and hadn’t had the time to self install the router I got for at least 2 weeks because I was out of town after they had came and installed the fibe cable, it said that I had up to a month to install the router and I just came home now, however in the manage services part of my bell account the only option to manage is the home phone part of my plan, the router is working fine but it’s just not on my account, any help/ideas?

Whereas this was a new self installation which you had just completed, it could take a few business days before the MyBell profile is updated. Can you see the option to Manage your Internet in MyBell now?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Have you confirmed that you modem is set up? If so, then you need to add your Internet service to your MyBell account.
I have included two links in the following that should answer your specific questions. If you choose to link all of your accounts, then the following will be of assistance.
Manage your Bell services on the go
You will need to register all of your Bell Home phone services on MyBell. Once you complete the following steps by linking your accounts in MyBell, there will be numerous other benefits to linking them, including One Bill.
If you wish to add an additional service such as, Internet, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.
To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.
