What does "CR xx "on my bill denote? Does it mean that xx money is already present in my account and that I don't need to make any payment?
It is so confusing.

Hey @Viv1, thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
That's absolutely right! if you see CR that means that there is an outstanding credit, and no payment would be due.

If your account is showing: “CR $xx.xx”, that is great news. That means you have either overpaid or have a credit / security deposit that has been returned & applied to your account. There is nothing you need to do. This credit will be applied to your next bill reducing the amount owing.
There is no need to adjust your pre-authorized. It will self adjust based on the credit being applied to your account.
Thank you for your question.
Enjoy.
Take care.

I'd suggest you not pay at all. From what you've written, it seems they owe YOU.

You can not withdraw a credit from Bell. If you overpaid your account, contact your credit card company or financial institution immediately to reverse payment. Otherwise, the credit balance will carry over to next month’s bill, reducing the amount owing.

A credit is great news when it appears on your account. If you overpaid your account, you will see a CR. That means there is an outstanding credit, and no payment is due at this time. This credit will carry over to your next month's bill & will be applied reducing the amount owing.

This credit will carry over to your next month's bill & will be applied reducing the amount owing. If you are still unsure after reading this reply, then I would contact Bell Mobility Customer service Billing and payments: 1 800 667-0123 or *611 from any Bell mobile device
How did you pay your bill? When did you pay it?
Depending on how you paid your bill, it may take upwards of 2-5 business days for it to be processed by your financial institution or credit card company. Once Bell receives the payment, depending on the time of day, your account is credited the same day or at the very latest the next day. Your account will then be updated & credited immediately.
To avoid a similar occurrence from happening in the future, I can only suggest setting up Pre-authorized bill payment on MyBell with One Bill. You can choose autopay using your bank or credit card. With this method, the correct amount is always removed & your account credited.
You can setup pre-authorized payments by logging in to MyBell from a web browser or by using the Mybell app.

I recently cancelled my mobile services. I received a bill for the balance I used which was $5.97. After paying the bill, I received an email saying I a CR for 11.94. Can you please explain why?

Without having your bill in hand, it is next to impossible to explain this to you. A credit is a good thing. It almost looks like you took what you thought was something owing, $5.97 and paid it & now you have a credit for twice that: $11.94.
If you need further clarification, simply give Bell Billing a call. They will advise you on any billing details in question.

Looks like I paid my monthly fee by an additional $ 125.00. How, can I get that amount back?
