What is the mobile device payment?

I wish to know why I am being charged for mobile device payment, when my mobile was upgraded at no charge as offered by Bell. otherwise I would not have upgraded.

Hi! Dial *611 on your Bell phone to talk to a CSR about the issue you’re facing 🙂

So my iPhone 14 is $1400 and I’m on a 2 year contract and right I only owe $202 remanding to pay off my phone, but I noticed I have paid $2,895 since 2023 when I got my phone.. i did the math!?

In order for us to provide you with any assistance, you would need to elaborate on the problem.

Have you reviewed your Bell Mobility agreement? This is available for your viewing by logging in to MyBell. Select My profile > MyBell. Scroll down & Select > Mobility > Your service agreement will be on the top right side of the page.

Already on Bell SmartPay? You can view your remaining device details by selecting: Device Balance details

 in MyBell. On the Manage my device page, select Device payment details to see:

  • Monthly payments – your monthly device payment, number of payments remaining and when the last payment is scheduled
  • Payment agreement summary – a breakdown of the device price, taxes, any down payments and the Financed Amount
  • Payment schedule – the scheduled payment dates and remaining Financed Amount Balance
