What is the point of the bell app?

What is the point of the bell app when you can add a new phone or get a new phone . Seems pointless

Thank you for posting your question. The MyBell App is a free application that is provided by Bell for you to manage your services on the go. You can manage all of your Bell services anytime & from anywhere.

It is available for you to download on the Apple or Google Play stores. 

It is a discretionary tool that has a number of useful benefits. Please have a look at some of the following:

  1. View your Mobility usage.
  2. Get support from anywhere in the app.
  3. Manage your Mobility rate plan, add-ons, and data.
  4. View and pay your bill and set up pre-authorized payments.
  5. Upgrade your device.
  6. Get instant access to Bell’s 5G network
  7. Shop for all your Bell services
  8. Change your Internet package and run a speed test.
  9. Change your TV programming.
  10. Add a travel option.
  11. Activate a Mobility line
