Does anyone have this problem? I keep getting dozens of phishing emails per day despite the filters on the security setting of my email. The latest is spoofing Bell's own billing address ebill@bell.ca.
I keep forwarding these emails to phish@bell.ca but nothing is done. I do not have the time to forward dozens of these emails every day especially when Bell does nothing about it.

Good Day.
There is not a lot anyone can do about this. It is a never-ending battle. Fraudsters today can mask & mimic themselves into pretending to be whomever they want to be. Their goal is to steal from you.
Next time, do not waste your time.... just "Delete"! If it is a phone call' "Hang up!" There is no reason for you to talk or reply to a fraudster. They want to talk to you. There is no requirement for you to connect with them in any way, shape or form. They want to sell you something, steal something from you or add you to their live contact list!
It there is a known method out there to catch these perpetrators, then these scams would seize to be. Your example is just one of many that are being reinvented each & every day.
Never share any personal information with anyone you do not know or trust! Do not open web links or messages in emails or text messages!

I've been getting non stop spam from the above sender on my Bell email account. Blocking, reporting etc doesn't work. Also when I try to block the sender, or the domain the system tells me I've already done that.
I've reviewed the source code but, let's face it, that's hundreds and hundreds of letters etc of code. Where in that mess do I find the actual account it cane from?
Thanks in advance.

Good Day.
There is not a lot anyone can do about this. It is a never-ending battle. Fraudsters can impersonate anyone or any company that they wish to be in order to steal from you.
There is no quick fix. If there was one, it would be in place today. You could change your email address. This in most cases is not a viable option. Bell no longer offers email accounts. You would need to reach out to another supplier to obtain a free email. E.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.
It there is a known method out there to catch these perpetrators, then these scams would seize to be. Your example is just one of many that are being reinvented each & every day.
Please have a look at the following web links. It will explain just what I am saying with much more details.

Be aware of a possible phishing or spam email wanting you to click on what appears to be opening a "DocuSign" paper.
From email address: <****@bellnet.ca>
Bell said it wasn't theirs!

Good Day & Welcome.
Kudos to you! Just another example of an email fraud.
Fraudsters can impersonate anyone or any company that they wish to be in order to steal from you.
Needless to say, this is not exactly a very good replica of the email notification that Bell sends out advising you that "Your e-Bill is ready."

Greetings.
I am being overwhelmed by emails to my Sympatico Inbox that say they are from Bell I have contacted Bell. Their suggestions have been no help whatsoever. I have blocked the domain and the sender but the emails still keep appearing in my Inbox... sometimes a dozen a day. Can anyone help me stop these emails?
Below is a cut and paste of the emails in question. The body of the email is always the same.....
This is an automatically generated message. French will follow. A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender because it was too large. Message that was bounced: Sender: Mail Delivery Service / Service de distribution du courrier <****@rogers.com> Subject: =?utf-8?Q?Delivery_Status_Notification_/_Notification_d'=C3=A9tat?==?utf-8?Q?de_la_distribution?= Size: 42145504 Message ID: 0d0eefd4-d904-11f0-a9fb-67b06b3f6cbb Date: Wed Dec 10 13:50:54 2025 Reply-To: The message was bounced from the following folder: INBOX
Thank you. Ciao.....Scott W

Good Day & Welcome
If you think an email is suspicious, don’t reply to it and don’t click on any links.
What you can do is use the tools in Bell email to mark the message as spam, so Bell's anti-spam team can check it out and block the sender.
There’s no point in marking junk emails as spam, since Bell's anti-spam team will see they’re from legitimate companies and won’t permanently block them.

Thank you for your question. I have the same experience. Some of the spam is caught by Bell's filters but some is not. My own solution is to use the Outlook Classic (Not MS365) email client. It appears to do a good job of filtering these emails and sending them to the junk mail folder, once you identify them as spam.
Spammers are always a step ahead of providers. And yes, it's annoying.

Thank you for an earlier reply. I have blocked the address, domain and sender, but the emails do not stop. I have reported all emails as phishing with no results. There is no link to click on in the spam email so I wonder the purpose of the spam. All spam emails are listed as being from p******@rogers.com saying an email has been refused by my Inbox for being too large.......
