My 9241 was operating as intended until a day or two ago when the power went out for a minute. I can not connect to my laptop, iPad or phone to see my recordings. My 9241 shows on line but will not show up on the Fibe app my receivers. What could I be missing?

Good evening. I had rebooted the receiver, it was connected to the internet this afternoon I unplugged it for an hour and after it was plugged back in a couple hours later I am able to choose it. Thanks.

Are you able to confirm if your receiver is your receiver connected to the internet?
Have you tried rebooting your receiver?
It's possible you may need to re-pair the equipment to your Fibe TV app. We'd recommend checking out our support article How to pair a receiver in the Fibe TV app
