Hi there @Ceejay
We've taken a look into this and the feed was coming in as English. Are you still currently experiencing issues with the channel coming in French? If so, we'd recommend doing what @dks suggested and reboot your equipment.
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi there @Ceejay
Is every program on your end coming in as French on this station? We were unable to reproduce the issue on our end and the station seems to be working as it should. There was a program playing which was English language content and the program that aired directly afterward was a French news program that was dubbed over in English. Are you able to share any example(s) of this issue you're experiencing (date, time, program, what is happening when you attempt to watch)?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi there @Ceejay
Could you please check the following?
Using your remote control press the Home button(Menu) -> Settings -> Accessibility & playback -> ‘Described video’ *make sure this option is unselected*.
If the option was selected and is now turned off, please test the channel again and let the Community know how it went.

Thank you for your question. Are you speaking of Bell Satellite TV or Fibe TV? 1512 on Bell Satellite TV and Bell Fibe TV is CTV Montreal, not CPAC. If your channels are not showing as you expect, the easiest fix is to power cycle your receiver by holding the power button for at least 5 seconds or unplugging it from the power line for 30 seconds. The receiver will resynch your channels.

On my Bell Fibe service in Burlington Ont channel 1512 is CPAC E. Somehow the language is now French including all English being translated into French. I am not sure if this a Bell or CPAC problem.

That is very strange. Have you power cycled your receiver? Any change?

Right now Dec 6 11:15 . Program is Question Period. CPAC 1512

People speaking in English are being translated in French. Those speaking French are coming in French. This change happened  about 2 weeks ago.

Hi there @Ceejay
Is every program like this or is it the same program that plays at that same time each day?

everything.
