Been missing about a dozen channels on satellite. Have resynced the channels. Didn’t work. After contacting Bell, they say satellite is working fine. I have five receivers, they will send an updated card, that may or may not work. Will only send card...

Resolved! NCIS higher picture quality?

Anyone else notice picture quality of TV show NCIS on global is higher, on google some say it is a bit of motion smoothing, maybe recording in 8k at times. We have Tru motion off on our tv and still slightly visible.

Resolved! 7802 keeps trying to connect to Bluetooth audio device

I'm in Toronto. I have Bell Fibe TV with two Arris VIP 7802 boxes. They keep throwing up messages asking if I want to pair / connect to other bluetooth devices in my house. I choose no/cancel and they throw the message up again. It's very frustrating...

Resolved! Fibe TV box reboots and starts my TV randomly

For the last 3 days when I power off my Bell Fibe TV Box, it has been randomly powering itself on (by itself) and powering my TV on. The frequency of this happening is random, but approximately 3 to four times in 24 hours. If I leave the Fibe TV Box ...

Resolved! Missing channels - Fibe TV

CHCH and Omni channels are a couple of channels that are a part of the “better” package through Fibe TV but I’m not allowed to have them. I’ve been given numerous reasons. They were available in my region when I was with Cogeco so why not with Bell? ...
