Bell satellite tv channel 1200 should be NBC but it is currently streaming CTV.

Thank you for your question. You may be experiencing simsub. In Canada, the CRTC requires Canadian satellite and cable distributors to simultaneously substitute (simsub) a Canadian channel on the American channel when a program is being broadcast on both channels. This includes commercials. This rule has been in place in Canada since 1972.
