Resolved! Satellite TV - On Demand connection issues

when watching on demand shows froM satellite receiver I’m having constant connection issues ( disconnects in middle of show and sometimes have to start from beginning again , all other streaming service work fine

Resolved! My 4k receiver (5662) keeps rebooting

I have the same problem. Over the past 4-5 days, my receiver (or modem) shuts down suddenly. I unplug the power cable at the back of the modem, wait 30seconds, then plug it back in. In about 2min. everything comes up as it should, but I don't believe...

Resolved! Turning on closed captions

Is there a faster way of turning closed captions on and off for tv, rather than going through the settings>accessibility steps? It takes about 15 clicks to get it done that way.
