I am a paying Crave customer as well as fibe tv and fibe internet 500. I pay for 500mb and by all indications i seem to be getting what i pay for in this regard. My on going issues are with Crave. I use it through the 4k receiver and every single time i use it something goes wrong. It will forget what my recently viewed programs are, say that random programs ive never watched have been recently viewed, take forever to get through a load screen, it will say loading on the screen while audio from the show is playing in the background, the screen will glitch then video will continue but with no audio, it will only load the top bar in the menu, it will not come unpaused after a show has been paused. Its a constant struggle to get through an episode. We’ve begun attampting to load whatever we want to watch 10 minutes before we intend to sit down and view it because the Crave system is so haggard we cant just tuen it on and expect to watch a show. Is anyone else having these issues? I have a home hub 3000 that is less then 2feet from the 4k receiver and all other internet and tv functions operate as intended. Im getting very frustrated with having to deal with it.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Could you please confirm which model of receiver you have?
Are you able to test both an ethernet and Wi-Fi connection to the receiver to see if it makes a difference?
Do the issues happen with every show / movie on Crave or just specific ones?

Ask for a replacement if you really don’t wanna buy an Android or Apple TV box and is renting from Bell instead of owning one.
