When I hit the crave button on my remote it takes me to what the login screen should be but it's just gray and no accounts appear. It's worked sometimes but most times it will not do change

Can you clarify which TV receiver you have, and if you encounter any issues when using Crave on a different device?
We recommend logging out of the Crave app, then reboot your equipment and log back in to test and see if you are still having trouble.
If you are still experiencing issues after that please check out this helpful article on our website What is Crave™ and how do I use it?
under the section called Help with the Crave™ app

Can you try a Factory reset on your Fibe TV box to see if that helps? Simply press the multi function button on the side of your receiver to bring up the options menu, then choose Factory reset to proceed.
If you continue to have trouble check out the Help with the Crave™ app section in the support article that we posted above for more info on how to resolve any trouble with the Crave app.

I suggest going to house button on the remote, settings, apps, if crave isn't showing select all apps, press on Crave, select force stop. Then go back and try opening Crave again. This worked for me.

Same issue. All other apps function properly.
Clicking the Crave app brings up a plain grey/black screen.
Cannot log out because there nothing on the screen.
Already tried rebooting.
Using VIP7820.

We would recommend trying to re-install the Crave app on your receiver to see if you still get the black / grey screen.

I recently changed my hardware for the tiny Fibe TV Box that also has the Android TV app capability. Everything seems to be fine except Crave TV. When I press the button to access Crave TV, the screen goes blank (grey) and goes nowhere. I have tried rebooting but the issue always comes back again.
The only way to fix this that I have found is to go to settings>apps and then select Crave and then Force Stop the Crave app. After confirming the Force Stop, I press the Crave button on the remote and it launches correctly every time. It doesn't behave this way with any other apps, just Crave.
Needless to say, this is just annoying and I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a more permanent fix other than continuously having to Force Stop the app before it will successfully launch?

Hi, It looks like this issue is happening with lots of users so I prefer not to go through the factory reset option. I'm sure a solution will get issued at some point. For now, I am just going to continue to force stop the app and then launch as this is a work around that works for me

This is also happening to me. How do you suggest I log out of Crave when the Crave button only goes to black screen so I can't get into the app? Factory reset is not an option I'm willing to gamble on.

I subscribe through the app. I have 3 tv screens that no longer allow me to interact with Crave. I can’t log out or do anything except look at the Crave logo. How do I fix this? It still works on my other devices.
