FAST channels not appearing on guide - Fibe TV app / Roku

Hello,

I downloaded the Bell Fibe App on Roku but I don't see any of the 3000+ channels.

It works on Amazon stick but not on Roku.

Currently the FAST channels and guide filter options are not available on the Roku Fibe TV App.

Good Day & Welcome.

Please login to the Fibe TV app on your Roku. Go to your > Guide. Select > Filter. Select > Available on your Roku. Scroll down the list and choose your Guide preferences.

When choosing Favorites as a Guide viewing selection, in order to view the Fast channels on your Guide, you will need to go to > Settings. Select > Favorites. Scroll down the list and / or manually enter each channel & add each Fast channel to your Guide Favorites.

Hello, 

Go to your > Guide. Select > Filter. Select > Available on your Roku. I don't see this option in Roku App (Available on your Roku)

If I go in Roku App: Setting>Manage favourites... It tells me to go online https//tv.bell.ca/settings/favourites

Which I did and I do see the 3000+ channels but still nothing in Roku App
