Fibe App through Apple TV - 4K

Hello. Does anyone know what these exclamation points mean on the Fibe TV app on AppleTV? We have 4K programming and the picture quality is grainy so I thought I would look at the diagnostics under Settings. Not sure what to do?

Wait for Bell to sign agreements with content providers. Last time I checked the 4K ppv was only available with Bell Streamer and dvr.

Thanks for your reply. Apparently I didn’t do my research!  I do have a streamer so I will get that set up.
