Good day,
I can get Bell Fibe Tv App on all my devices except Tv. Been on the phone twice w technical support.
I when I go and try to I stall it from Google Store it says that it is not available in this country…I am in Canada. I did originally setup a Samsung phone, I was in Belgium - I have created a new profile as suggested and address is in Canada. Current have an Amazon Stick, however do so need a Bell receiver.

i spoke too soon.
over the last few days, i have had the same issue a few times.
happening much less frequently than before, but still happening.
if this persists, i'll be considering a switch to shaw direct and their app.
shaw (rogers) does not have preferential treatment of which internet service you use (unlike bell which definitely favours their own internet service).
also, shaw direct has a much more sensible multi-devices, multiple locations polcy.
much as i'd prefer to remain a bell custoemr, just for simplicity (and the bundle with my other services), having the TV cut out intermittently, and not being able to get it back quickly, is a serious pain.

Thanks for your comment. Shaw Direct is no longer Shaw but is owned by Rogers. Any provider can change policies with a little notice. The grass is not always greener, as the expression goes.

I have 2 Bell Streamers one works no problems on same wifi. The other one when trying to watch a show it tells me I'm out of the country. Reset modem reset Bell Streamer and set it up exactly as my other one still out of country message. any help with this issue.

Hi, Fianally Samsung smart tv has the Fibe Tv app to download. Looks like everything works, except I get error message Content playback is not available outside of canada. (1011).
Be nice to get this working might be able to get rid of my recievers and use the smart app Fibetv.😃

Yeah, it is now Novemeber 7, 2025 and I still cannot download the app to my new TV.

On your Samsung TV search for "Bell Fibe Tv" the app is there to download to your new samsung tv, looks like they are working on it, every time I check it out today there have been changes to the app. Hopefully soon they have it sorted out 👍

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
What is the make and model of your Smart TV?
The Bell Fibe TV app has been recently added to the lineup of apps that are available on the Samsung store. If you have a Samsung Smart TV, go to Apps on your Smart TV & search for: "Bell Fibe TV". Download & install.
There are limited changes within the Settings menu that can be altered directly from within the app. Additional Bell Fibe TV app settings can be adjusted using a web browser & logging in to your: My account - Settings - Fibe TV

Thank you for your post.
When you indicate you reset the Bell Streamer, do you mean you rebooted it or did you try factory resetting the Streamer? If you haven't tried factory resetting it, we'd recommend attempting that to see if it resolves the issue.

Hi @BellNick I factory reset my tv and i still get error message Content playback is not available outside of canada. (1011). Also on one of my Bell Streamers same thing. Both Streamers settings are setup the same. I even changed internet connections
Any help on this would be fantastic 👌

Are you using Bell home internet or are you connected through a different service provider? Please check your IP location to ensure it reflects correctly too.
