I keep getting kicked off my bell fibe tv app after more than 2 users in my house use the account. Is there a way to have more than 2 devices using the service at the same time?

Good evening @Kevin7,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Bell Community.
You can easily remove a device in the menu section of the Bell Fibe TV app. Please note, once a device is removed you will need to wait thirty days before you can add it back.
For steps on how to manage the devices on the Bell Fibe TV app check out How to remove devices from my account

Nah. It’s as written as the description on the website. You can upgrade to a dvr plan instead. I used to have ALT TV and it was pretty intense when trying to watch as much as local news as possible in the evening & at night.

I see a lot of questions about which devices the app can be used on, but my question has to do with the 5 device limit for actually watching TV programs. I have the app installed on 3 tablets, 2 phones, a Chromecast and my PC. When I try to watch on my phone, I get the error message stating that I already have the maximum number of devices registered and I need to delete a device in order to watch on my phone. I saw, somewhere on the Bell site, that you can access programs through the app on an unlimited number of devices while using Bell's Wifi, and 5 devices when not on their wifi. Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

That help page is for dvr plan. It appears that you are with either Fibe TV App pack or ALT TV pack. It’s maximum 2 devices at once even if you are at home, as stated under the package page on Bell’s website.

Thanks for the help, but I understand that part of it. This is from the Support page for Bell Satellite customers:
You can install and log in to the Fibe TV app on multiple devices; however, you may only stream content on two devices at a time.
When you’re connected at home, there is no limit to how many devices can access the Fibe TV app. Away from home, you can access the app with up to five devices.
I have the receiver with 2 tuners & DVR, which is the receiver set up for access from the Fibe TV app, and it is connected to my Bell Wi-Fi. There's no explanation anywhere as to why, while using Wi-Fi, that I can only have 5 devices instead of 'unlimited'.

No, I haven't. It really isn't a big deal. It's annoying more than anything. Thanks for your help though.

Hi AlexS, no, I'm with Bell Fibe. I called Bell and the rep on the phone told me I can only have 5 app devices working/signed in at one time. He told me to go onto my tablet, go to settings, devices and then forget/ remove a unused device from the5 shown and then your device will now work.

Thanks for the help everyone. I understand all this, but my issue was, being a Fibe Internet customer, and using the app connected to Bell WiFi, I could only register 5 devices and not the Unlimited it says I should be able to. It's not really a problem.

Have you used any of the five devices to watch Fibe TV outside your home? I rarely do this & under “My Devices”, it says “Mo registered devices”.
