Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Which model of Fire TV Stick do you have? Are you able to download the Fibe TV app on any other device?
Are you logged in to yourAmazon account? If so, go to Manage Content and Devices and make sure your Region is set to Canada.
If this does not not resolve your issue, I would reommend that you reboot your Fire Stick device. Then upon start-up and before launching any other app, follow the steps below to download the Bell Fibe TV app,
- Connect the Amazon Fire TV stick to the HDMI port on the TV
- Select Apps on the home page
- Scroll down and select Categories
- Select Entertainment
- Search and select Bell Fibe TV app
Let us know how everything goes.
Take care.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Glad to hear that Fibe TV is now working on your Firestick.
Your Amazon account region must be set to Canada in order you for you to download the Bell Fibe TV app.
Login to your Amazon account. Go to > Manage Content and Devices and make sure your Region is set to Canada.
Thank you for updating the community.
Take care.

Hey there @Heather1
Thanks for your post.
Can you share the exact error code you see when you download the Bell Fibe TV app? Which model of Amazon Fire TV Stick are you using?
Did you also check the location settings by logging directly into your Amazon account?
Afterwards we recommend rebooting your Fire Stick device (also unplug the HDMI cable). Then power everything back up and before launching any other app follow the steps below:
- Connect the Amazon Fire TV stick to the HDMI port on the TV
- Select Apps on the home page
- Scroll down and select Categories
- Select Entertainment
- Search and select Bell Fibe TV app
Let us know if you need any more help.

I'm extremely disappointed as well, that I was using the Bell Fibe TV app with no issues ever since I got my Amazon Fire TV CUBE (1st Gen) without any issue to date. I'm now prompted to update the app, but when I get the install screen, it shows that the app is "not available". I've been watching all my Bell content without issue just a day ago and now I have to cancel my Fibe TV service.

Same issue, using Bell Fibe app through Fire TV (3rd gen) with OS 6.7.0.9 on a Samsung Smart TV for the last 2 years. Now Bell Fibre app 'has been discontinued (as of 31 March) - please update', but update gives error message 'device (Fire stick) not compatable' ?

I think Bell chose not to support devices older than a specific age for this latest version of the app, which definitely is pushing me to explore other options at this point because I don't wish to have to go out and buy new hardware.
Especially frustrating because everything worked just fine on one day, and then arbitrarily shut down the next. I'd ask that if Bell is choosing not to allow older hardware to update to the latest version of the software, that the previous version be allowed to co-exist (at user's own risk) with disclaimer that it is no longer supported.
Separately, I ask those smarter than I whether there's a way to sideload the new version of the Bell Fibe TV app on my Gen 1 Amazon Fire TV CUBE
