I don't see the option for TV in virtual repair

Why is it that when you go to virtual repair tool for tv it only gives the option for mobility not tv?

Can you please elaborate on your question & issue? How are you accessing the Bell Virtual repair tool? Are you logged in to your MyBell account? Have you rebooted your device? Are you at home & connected to your Bell home Wi-Fi network?

You can access the Virtual repair tool by selecting the web link I have included or by way of the MyBell app on your device.
