Why is it that when you go to virtual repair tool for tv it only gives the option for mobility not tv?

Can you please elaborate on your question & issue? How are you accessing the Bell Virtual repair tool? Are you logged in to your MyBell account? Have you rebooted your device? Are you at home & connected to your Bell home Wi-Fi network?
