Migrate from Satellite to Fibe?

Carbon14

I own two HD Satellite receivers and have been a Satellite customer since launch.

A neighbours tree has grown so large as to completely block our dish from the satellite which means we only have TV in the winter when the leaves fall off. We can't even update the Guide until December.

Does Bell have a migration program to Fibe TV? And what replacement hardware will I need?

Any help or suggestions is welcome.

Good day @Carbon14

Thank you very much for reaching out to the Bell Community.

Since the Community offers peer to peer support we are unable to speak to your account specifically. However, if Fibe TV service is available at your location there will be no problem for you to request an upgrade. A technician would be dispatched to help install your new Fibe TV service, and get you set up with the Fibe TV Box.

For information on preparing for your Fibe TV installation take a peek at What should I do to get ready for my Fibe TV installationOpens in a new tab or window

Keep the Community posted and let us know how everything goes with your upgrade 🙂
