I get "no signal detected" on my TV. Probaby common, and an easy fix. Thanks.

NIck, thanks for asking.

Nick, thanks for asking.  It turned out my HDMI cable wasn't connected.  To the the flat thing on top of the tv....I don't know what that's called.  Thanks for your help!

Hi there @Nosignaldetected
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.

Which television service do you subscribe to and which model receiver do you have?
Have you checked your HDMI cord to ensure it is connected correctly and if possible, are you able to test a different HDMI cord?
Looking forward to hearing back.

I connected Bell streamer to my TV.

I follow what the instruction says but I only see the message, "No signal"

I unplugged and plugged and tried several times but it doesn't work.

What can I do to use Bell Streamer?

Good evening @will7769,

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂

I wanted to check in with you to see if the suggestion above (to ensure the HDMI cable is plugged in) resolved your issue too.

Keep us posted,

- Patricia
