When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

When using the Guide function the time is ahead by an hour. When choosing a channel it goes into PVR mode and asks to set a timer. This also takes place when you use the view (right click the remote selectin button and get the bottom screen channel listing and move up/down to another channel prompting a manual channel entry to switch to different program) I’ve unplugged the 9500, restarted the box but the issue remains. Issue not with user so must be issue on Bell.
This started happening on Saturday Dec 6th. Please Bell,,, fix the issue.

its almost like the system has reverted to Daylight savings time. My guide time thinks its 12pm when it was really 11AM here on the westcoast.

When you fire your best tech support and CSRs this is what you get.
Bell stock value reflects this.
Don’t hold your breath.
FibeTV is no solution. No American networks or superstations or PBS, even if you subscribe or pay extra.
Then they increase your subscribers by 7-10% after removing a whack of channels and removing all on demand services.
And then Bell reprogrammed CRAVE TV so it won’t run on first generation FireTV streaming devices.

Can't believe how rapidly the service quality has declined. Had to call on the 4 separate occasions to follow up on a smart card replacements. They sent me the wrong card for one receiver and instead of sending me a card for the other receiver, they sent me a replacement receiver that they can't activate or synchronize

Any update to when these Satellite Guides will be up and running in the correct time zone. Have two 9400 models.
Still running an hour ahead of real time.
See this has been going on for more than 48 hours at this point.
