When I press the guide it is not accurate to the timing of the shows e.g. its 4:30 pm and it shows a show that starts at 5:00 pm on the channel

Thank you for your question. As of 25/12/08 at 6:50 AM EST the issue regarding the guide being out of synch by one hour remains. Bell staff will have to comment further on any repair time.

The same thing is happening to us except it's been 72 hours since I first noticed the time being 1 hr ahead and then having the guide go into recording mode. 😞

What is wrong with the satellite, 2 days now and it says it’s an hour later than it is. Impossible to figure out what’s on

Customers are treated so poorly by this company. Nothing on the website. Nothing on X. No answer on the phone and no explanation of what is going on anywhere. An absolute joke. If there were any real competition, they would be so much better or they would be out of business.

We are getting a little tired of this guide problem. Being disabled I spend my days and evenings watching tv. You have no idea how much this is stressing me out. With all the knowledge that all your technicians have, and yet this has gone on this long.

Bell customer service said that "some" customers are still experiencing this issue, but has anyone had the issue resolved, or does everyone still have the issue? I know I still have it and it's been +48 hrs.

I heard a recent Bell Satellite PVR update has caused some glitches.
My PVR time is now incorrect.
When I open Guide, programming seems to show one show across the board with no end time. When I click on said show, it does not change channels, I am taken back to the PVR timer window to schedule a timer.
I can manually type in a channel number and go there but cannot access via the Guide.

The message played on the phone line to Bell states that "we are unable to resolve this issue at this time". Then tells us to use the app on our phone and we can still change channels by using the up down buttons. My guess is we cant record a program at a certain time as the timing is wrong, but I don't know that. There is no timeline to fix so my previous guess may be correct: "We can't solve this old technology so you must buy Fibe t.v. Or, we can collectively pressure our M.P.'s to open up this market to competition.

Has this been fixed yet as my HD receiver has just started doing this where the guide is off by almost an hour. It's as if it's on daylight savings time and hasn't switched over yet.
