Satellite TV - Manage your recordings with the Fibe TV app

Not all receivers are listed when I go to Settings > My Receivers

Confirmed that the receiver is connected to the internet and on-line
(menu > 6 > 1 > 4(connectivity) > 2(Broadband setup) > 1(network setup)

Ip address present
Connection Status: Connected online

but the receiver is not listed in the My Receivers tab (one of my other receivers is listed)

Have tried on multiple computers and devices with the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did u ever get it to work again?

Does not work with the 9242, only the 9241   😞

The Bell fibe app does not seem to work with the 9241 anymore.  Used to, now it shows offline although 9241 is connected to the internet.  I guess that's Bell's way to scam you out of renting another receiver and pay more.  Pretty sad that they're stooping to this level.  I guess I can forgo using the PVR feature with the Fibe app.  What happened to the times when you used to get the equipment included, I guess those were the good old days.

Do you get an error message when you try to use the Bell Fibe TV app with your TV receiver?

We recommend that you remove the receiver from the Bell Fibe TV app, and then pair it again. Simply follow the steps in this article: How to pair a receiver in the Fibe TV appOpens in a new tab or window

The bell fibe app is not available on my tv.

we had a Bell installer come to the house on June 16 2024 and our two new bell fibe receivers were left with status offline.   So have you any ideas what we can do now?  We can’t pvr any programs so this service isn’t satisfactory.

Can you clarify which type of receiver you have?
