No channels showing on 6500 receiver. I even was upgraded to new 6500 receiver and still not working

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you receiving any error message or code on your screen that you can share?
Is your guide completely blank or does it say "No information available"? If the "No info...", are you able to select a channel to watch anything?
Have you checked all of your cords to ensure they are properly connected?
Have you checked your signal strength?
We'd recommend checking out our support article I can't access some of the channels that I've subscribed to
as it may be of assistance.
