Sportsnet+ shows not subscribed to all channels

Just wondering after I sign into Sportsnet+ it shows not subscribed to all channels?

Can you clarify if you log in directly with a Sportsnet+ subscription or via service provider (using your MyBell credentials)?

Which channels are not showing as subscribed? Also, what device are you using, and does that happen when you try to access the app on another device?

If you haven't already, please uninstall & reinstall the app, then test to see if you are still having trouble.

It appears to be working today, I was able to log into Sportsnet+ app on my Google TV via my Bell TV login and the channels and shows are playing normally.

Since Saturday April 26, Sportsnet+ apps and website allows me to log in via my Bell TV sub with Sportsnet subscription, but all content says Not Subscribed. This happens on Google TV, Firestick, iPhone, etc so it's not device specific. Sportsnet channels still work fine in the Bell Fibe TV site or various apps on various devices.

Normally a log out and log back in fixes the issue about once a month, but this has not worked. Sportsnet does not offer any support for this and referred me to my TV provider.

I have Bell FibeTV App subscription with my Bell Fiber internet, with the $10 sportsnet addon. I've been able to use the sportsnet apps and site for many years via the Bell login. I prefer using that because it has better restart/rewind options.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Thanks, so it's not just me. Hopefully a solution can be found.

Just chatted with customer support. They said nothing has changed on their side and that this is a Sportsnet issue. I find the Sportsnet App has far superior picture quality to the Fibe TV app so I hope this somehow gets fixed

Yeah the picture is better on Sportsnet, as well as the restart of shows.

I have the same problem. The Sportsnet app says I am not subscribed on Apple TV and Firestick.

For some reason for all of 2025 I was able to log into Sportsnet and watch anything that I missed in regards to hockey games, etc. I tried to login this week to watch a game that I missed recording and it’s now tells me I am not subscribed. 

I logged in as per usual and I see everything on the Sportsnet app, but then when I go to click to watch something, that’s what I’m not subscribed to.

We wanted to check in to see if you're still experiencing this issue? If so, can you share which device (make and model) you are using?
Have you tried re-installing the app?
Have you tried restarting your device?
Looking forward to hearing back.
